These Terms apply to all services provided by DS MOVERS LTD (PackMove) and the use of our website, advertisements, and lead forms.

1. Advertising & Lead Collection

By submitting your details via:

  • Website contact forms

  • Google Ads forms

  • Meta/Facebook lead forms

  • TikTok lead forms

  • WhatsApp

  • Phone

  • Email

You consent to being contacted for the purpose of providing quotes and services.

This may include:

  • Phone calls

  • SMS messages

  • WhatsApp messages

  • Email follow-ups

You may opt out at any time.

2. Services We Provide

PackMove offers:

  • Home removals

  • Office removals

  • Packing services

  • Furniture assembly

  • Rubbish removal

  • International moving

All bookings are subject to availability.

3. Quotes

Quotes are:

  • Free

  • Non-binding until confirmed

  • Based on the information provided

  • Subject to amendment if details change

Extra costs may apply for:

  • Poor access

  • Stairs

  • Additional items

  • Parking fees or fines

  • Long walking distances

  • Last-minute changes

4. Marketing & Communications

By engaging with our ads or submitting your data, you acknowledge that PackMove may:

  • Use your information for marketing (unless you opt out)

  • Retarget ads across Google, Meta, TikTok and similar platforms

  • Follow up via SMS/call/email

You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Ensure parking arrangements

  • Declare fragile or valuable items

  • Pack safely (unless we pack)

  • Be present or provide access at the agreed time

We are not responsible for items packed badly by the customer.

6. Payments

We accept:

  • Bank transfer

  • Card payments

  • Invoice payments for businesses

Full payment is required before or on service day.

7. Cancellations

  • 100% charge

8. Liability & Insurance

We hold:

  • Public Liability Insurance

  • Goods in Transit Insurance

Not covered:

  • Mechanical/electrical faults

  • Poorly packed items

  • High-value items not declared

  • Pre-existing damage

Claims must be made in writing within 48 hours.

9. Rubbish Removal

We follow all UK waste disposal laws.

Restricted items:

  • Hazardous waste

  • Chemicals

  • Gas bottles

  • Asbestos

  • Medical/bio waste

Extra fees may apply for:

  • Mattresses

  • Large appliances

  • Heavy loads

10. International Moving

Customer is responsible for:

  • Customs declarations

  • Prohibited items disclosure

  • Import taxes and fees

We cannot guarantee international delivery times.

11. Website Use

You must not:

  • Misuse our website

  • Copy website content

  • Attempt hacking or interference

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law.
Disputes will be handled in UK courts.
